'i'liat he leas been az•z•ested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act oi' Assembly, passed the 28th ~1ay of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prorrided.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that lie oll^crs to deliver up to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnaland mined, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
lzis losses azid the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annezed to this
rETIZ•ION. Hz;, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made_for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
