That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearinee to
take the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he oilers to deliver up,;to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnal and mined, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them,.~wxth a statement oP
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
