'That he 1)as been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of fhe Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
.pct of Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
applleat1011; and that he otTers to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnal alld mined, to which he is in any maltner entitled; a schedtile whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his loses and the Incans whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
PETITION. HE, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, madefor the relief of Insolvent Debtors. ~
