That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
tale the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
't'hat he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he ollcrs to deliver up, to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnal and mined, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his loses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annezed to this
rE•rrr[oN. HE, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made_for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
