That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
11ct oC l~ssembly, passed the 2Sth day of March A. D. 1320, in such case made and provided.
'T'hat he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceedin~ this his
application; and that he ofl'crs to deliver up.,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per
osnal and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, togetherwith alist
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
}iis losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
PETITION. HE, t}1eI•efore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made~for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
