1'(-at he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of the. Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act oi' Assembly, passed the 28th day of 1blarch A. D. 1820, in such case made and provided.
~i,hat he has resided within this state for six months and mora, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he ofrers to deliver up to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnaland mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the tncans whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and anaezed to this
rr•,TiTtoN. He, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of A.gsembly,of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made~for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
