That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit o1 the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
:1ct of I,SSCII1bly, passed the 28th clay of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he offers to deliver up„to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnaland mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, togetherwith alist
of llis creclitol~s, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
rETrrlox. HI:, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of embly~ of the
