Tliat he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take tl~e benefit o[ the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the

'T'hat he has resided within this st<1te for six months and more, immediately preceeding this hia
application; and that he oilers to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
