That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
1~ct of Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he ofTers to deliver upgto the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osi~al and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement oP
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to thi9
hr;•rrrlox. Hi;, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made~for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
