That he has been arI•ested in execution, and given bid, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit oI the. Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 28th clay of 1VIarch A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding thi9 his
application; and that he o(T'ers to deliver up, to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
asn~;l and mixed, to which h~ is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, togetherwith alist
of his creditors, and tlrc nature of their debts, as far as lre can ascertain them, with a statement of
leis losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
