That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
ircke the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 2sth day of 11'Iarch A. D. 1820, in such case made and provided.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he o1T•crs to deliver up to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
o5u:il and mixed, to which he is,.in any manner e-it~tled; a schedule whereof, togetherwith alist
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his lo.~ses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
