'I'}Iat lIe Ilas been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
'T'hat he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this hie
appllCatlOIlj and that he offers to deliver up to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
~snal and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, togetherwith alist
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
rE•rrrlox. HI:, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made;,for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
