That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
tnkc the benefit of the. Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably fo the terms of the
~1ct of 1lssembly, passed the 2Sth day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
'That lie has resided within this state for siY months and more, immediately proceeding this his
application; and that he oJ'Ci:rs to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
- ~ asnal and.mi%ed,.to which he is, in any manr-er entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his lo.~ses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
r>/•riz•rox. Hr;, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly, of the
Commonwealth of Pennylvania, made;,for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
