That he has been arrested in execution, and giy~n bond, conditioned for his appearance to
tnkc the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1320, in such case made and prorided.
't'hat he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he offers to deliver upJto the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per•
osnal and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
PETITION. HE, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assemblp~ of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made6for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
