That he ltas been arrested in execution, and given band, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of thr. Insolvent Laws of this Commo~vealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and provided.
'that he has resiclcd within this state for six months and more, immediately preceedin~ thi, his
application; and that he otT'crs to deliver ulz to the use of his :,reditors, all his property, real, per-
osnaland mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and anoeged to this
rETITION. Hr;, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
