That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond onditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwea th; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and provided.
That lie has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he offers to deliver up to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnaland mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he eau ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
ru-rrriox. Hr, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
