D. 1820, in such case made and provided. That he has resided within this State for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his application; and that he ofrcrs to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per- t/ osnal and mime?, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list of his creditor,, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement ot< his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this PETITION. HE, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly, of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made_for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
