Respectfully represents,
That he has been arrested in execution and given bond rnnditioned for his appearance to take the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of Uiis Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of Ass~mhly in such case made
and provided; that he has resided within this State for six months and more, immediately preceding this, his
application; that he offers to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all his property, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together with a list of his creditors, and the naturo
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain thew, with a statement of his losses, and the means wherebJ
he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
fit of the several Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Yeansylvania, made for the relief of insolvent
