'c'hat he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to -
takc the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the -

That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he ofY•crs to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-

of leis creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement o~
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
rETiz•iorr. He, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made;for the relief of Insolvent Debtors. _
