That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act oi' Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
'T'hat he has resided 'within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; arsd that he ollers to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, pe,-_
osnal and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascerkain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annezed to this
PETITION. HE, therefore pI•ays to be allowed the benefit of the ueveral acts of A.~sembly~ of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made;for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
