'1'bat he has been arrested in execution and given bor, :conditioned for his appearance to take the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to thr, provisions of the Acts of Assembly in such case made
and provided; that he has resided within this State for six months and more, immediately preceding this, hiq
application; that he oilers to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all bis property, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together with a list of his creditors, and the naturo
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statoment of his losses, and the means wherebT
he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
fit of the several Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for tl-e relief of insolvent
debtor.
