That he has been arrested in execution and given bond ~•.undifio~~cd Cor his apltearancc to take the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Arts of Assembly in such case made
and provided; that he has resided within this State fur siz months and more, immediately preceding this, his
application; that he o(1•ers to deliver up to the use of his Cre•litors, all fiis property, real, persona], and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedalc ~vhercof, together with a listof his creditors, and the nature
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain then, with a statement of his losses, and the means whereby
he became insolveut, are exhibited tivith, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
