Respectfully represents,
That he has been arrested in execution and given bond conditioned for leis appearance to false the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to ills provisions of the Acts of Assembly in such case made
and pror•ided; that he has resided within this State far six months and more, immediately preceding this, hi,~
application; that he offers to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all hisproperty, real, personal, and mixed, ~~
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together wiUi a listof his creditors, and the. nature
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his losses, and the means whereby
he became insolvent, arc exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
fit of the several Acts of Assembly of the Commoi~,~calth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent
