and proviclcd; that he has resided within this Stag for six months and more, imme~liatcly precgrling t.bis, his
application; that he otters to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all Lipproperty, real, personal, au~l mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof; together with a listof his creditors, and the nature
