'T'hat he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
t;~l;c the benefit oI the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
1~ct of assembly, passed the 28th clay of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and pro~rided.
'That he has resided within this state for siY months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he ollcrs to deliver up to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
usnal and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and.annexed to this
rE•riTioN. HL, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
