'T'hat he has been arrested in e~ecutiun, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
talcs the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
11et of assembly, passed the 2stli clay of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prorided.
That he has resided ~rithin this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he oilers to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-

of his crcclitor~5, ancl~thc nature of their debts, as far as lie can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
rnTrriox. H~, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made,for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
