'That he Las been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit o1 the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
~~ct of assembly, passed the 2Sth day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
'c'hat he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his -
aphlication; and that he of!'ers to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his propertp, real, per.
osn11 and mixed, to which he is in ~eysn-miner ontitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of leis creditor, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his lo.~ses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
YE'I`I'rION. He, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of A.9sembly~ of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made~for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
