'T'hat lie leas been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit o~ the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prodded.
't'hat he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preeeeding this his
application; and that he others to deliver up~to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osllal and mixed, to which he is in any mannel• entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of llis creditors, and the nature of their debt, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
PETITION. Hc, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of 9ssembly~of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made ,for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
