'That he has been arrested iu execution and tiiven bond conditioned for his ,tllpcar:utcc to take the I)enclit of the
lusolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of Assembly in such case made
and provided; that, he has resided within this State for six months and more, immediately preceding chic, his
application; that he otters to deliver up to Lhe use of his Crcaitors, all hisprupcrty, real, pcrsottal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together with a listof his creditors, and the nature
