'T'hat he has been arrested in execution and s;iven bond conditioned for his appearance to talc the benefit of the
.Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of Assembly in such case made
and provided; that he has resided within this State for six months and more, inunccliately preceding this, his
application; that he oilers to deliver yep to the use of his Creditors, all hip property, recd, personal, and mixed,
to «~hich he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whercol; together with a listof his ercditors, and the nature
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his losses, and the means wlzcrcby
he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and auncsed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allotived tho bene-
fit of the several Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent
debtors.
