That he has been arrested iu execution and given bond conditioned for his al-lpcarancc to take the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the 11cts ol• Assembly in such case made
and provided; that he has resided wlthui this Slate for six months and more, immediately preceding this, his
application; that he offers to deliver up Lo the use of his Creditors, all liisprolrerty, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together with a listof his creditors, and the nature
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his losses, and the means tivhcreby
he became insolvent, at•e exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
lit of the several !lets of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent
debtors.
