Respectfully represents,
That he has been arrested in execution and given bond conditioned for his :appearance to tale the heucfi[ of the
Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the tlcts of Assembly in such case made
and provided; that he-has resided withinlhis State for six months and more, i:r.:nediately preceding this, his
application; that he olTers to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all hisproperly, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together with a listof his creditors, and the nature
and amotutt of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his losses, and the means wllcrcby
he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his 1'ctilion: he therefore prays to be allowed the bcuc-
fit of the several Acls of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent
