inke the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
Act of Assembly, passed the 28th day of Marcll A. D. 1820, in such case made and provided.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he of)'ers to deliver up,,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnal and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of leis creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annezed to this
