'That he has been arrested in execution and giren bond conditioned for leis appearance to take the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to lh„ provisions of the Acts of _~ssembly in such case made
and provided; thaC he has resided within this Slate fa• six months an.l more, immediately preceding this, his
application; that he olTcrs to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all his property, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any mariner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together tirith a listof his creditors, and the nature
anti amount oC their debts, as far as he eau ascertain them, wit'r a statement of his losses, and the means whereby
he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
