That he has been arrested in execution and given bond r ;nditio;zed for his appearance to take the benefit of the
[nsolvent Taws of this Commonwea]th, agreeably to the provisions of she Acts of Assembly in such case made
and provided; that he has resided within this State fi3r six months any] more, immediately preceding this, his
application; that he oilers to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all his property, real, personal, and mixed,
to which l~is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together ~~•ith a list of his creditors, and the nature
and amount of their debts, a~ far a~ he can ascertain them, with a statement of -iis losses, and the means whereby
he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
fit of the several Acts of Assembly of the Cummonwealth of Pennsylvania, ma~lc fur the relief of insolvent
