Respectfully represents,
"That he has been ain•ested i^ execution and given bond conditioned for his appearance to take the benefit oC the
lnsolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to th;• provisions ol•tl~e Acts of Assembly in such case made
and provided; that he has resided within this State for six months an•1 more, immediately preccdiug this, his
application; th1t he OIICCS to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all his prnpcrty, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, totiether +rith a listof his creditors, and the nature
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascet•tain them, with a statement of his losses, aud.the means whereby
he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
fit of the several Acts of Assembly of the Commonwwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent
debtors.
