Cumberland count}', holding said Court at Carlisle, the n-~rr--- :lay of . v. ~ j..~ : f 183 J~
l'.espcctfully represents,
'That he has been arrested in execution and given bond conditioned for his appearance to tai:e the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of Chis Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of Assembly in such case made
and provided; that he has resided within this State for six months and more, immediately preceding this, his
application; that he offers to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all hisproperty, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together with a listof his creditors, and the nature
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his losses, and the means whereby
he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
fit of the several Acts of tlsscmbly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent
