Pcspectfully represents,
That he has been arrested in execution and liven bond conditioned for his al)pcarancc to take the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of Assembly in such case made
and providc~l: that he has resided within this Slate for six months anti more, immediately precaling this, his
application; that he olTcrs to tlclivcr up to the ttse of hi:; Creditors, all his property, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled; a Schedule whereof, together with a listof his creditors, and the nature
aucl antouut of their debts, a far as he can ascertain then), with a statement of his bases, and tltc means whereby
he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition: he therefore prays to be allowed the bene-
fit of the several Acts of :lssembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent
debtors.
