That he I-as been arrested in execution and given bond conditioned fnr his appearance to
take the benefit of the Ltsulvcnt L:t~~s of this Contnumwealth, arecahly to the provisions of
the Acts of Assembly in such case made and provided ; that he has resided within this State
for six months and au-re, immediately preceding this, his application ; that hr, oll't•rs to de-
liver np to the usc~ of his Creditor,. all his property, real, per,onal.,ancl mixed, to which he
is iu any manner entitled ; a tichedule whereof, together ~~•ith a list of his creditors, and the
nature :tnd amount of their debts, as far as he eau ascertain them. with a. statement of his
losses, and the -neans whereby he became insolvent, are exhil-ited with, and annexed to, his
Petition : he therefore prays to he allowed the benefit of the several Acts of Assembly of the.
