That he has been arrested in execution and given bond condit,ionec] fur his appearance to
take the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this ('ommontive:cltli, a~reeabl}• to the provisions of
the Acts of assembly in such case mule and pro~~ided ; that he has resiclecl ~~~ithin this State
for six months and more, immediatcl,y precec}ing this. his application ; that he ul]crs to de-
liver up to the use. of his Creditors, all his property, real, peryonxl. and mixed, to which he
is in any manner entitled ; a Schedule whereof, together with a list of his creditors, and the
nature and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascert~-in them, with a statement of his
losses, and the mean, whereby he became. insolvent, are. exhibited with, and annexed to. his
Petition : he. therefore prays to he allowed the benefit of the several Acts ul• Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent debtors.
