That he has been arrested in execution and given bond conditioned for his appearance to
take the bcuefil of the Tusolvent Laws of this CJammon~~caltli, agrecal-ly to the provisions of
the Acts of Assembly- iu such case made and pruvidecl ; that he has resided within this State
i'or six months attd more, iurmertiately precedin ~;:is, bis application ; that he oilers to de-
liver up to the use of his Creditors, all his property, real, personal, and mixed, to which he
is itt arty tna.nner entitled ; a Schedule whereof, togetl-cr witl- a list of I-is creditors, and the
nature and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his
losses, and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to. his
Petition : lie therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several Acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Penrtsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent debtors.
