fur six numths and more, nnmedcatcly preceding this, his ap~-lication ; tluit he offers to de-
iiver up to the use of his Creditors, all I-is property, real, pcr~unal, and nuxed, to which Le
is in any uianuer entitled ; a schedule whereof, toget.hcr with a list of his creditors, and tfie
nature and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his
losses, and the means whereby he became insolvent, arc exhibited with, and annexed to. his
Petition : he therefore prays to be alluwed the benefit of the several Acts of .~issembly of tl-e
