That he has been arrested in execution and given band conditioned for hip appearance to take the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of Uiis Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of :~ssetnbly in such case made
and provided ; that ~c has resided within this Slate for sis months and more, immediately preceding this, his
application ; that l~ .~ ers to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all his property, real, personal, and mixed,
fo which he is in an}- manner entitled ; a Schedule whereol; together with a list of his creditors, and the nature
and amount o1 their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his losses, and the means where-
