That he has been arrested in execution and given band conditioned for leis appearance to take the benefit of the
Insolvent La1vs of this Commonrvcalth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of Assembly iu such case made
and provided ; that he has resided within this State for six mouths and more, inmicdiatcly preceding this, his
application ; that he offers to deliver up to the use of his Crediturs, all his property, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled ; a Schedule whereof, together 1vlLh a list of his creditors, and the nature
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, lvith a statement of his losses, and the means n•hcrc-
Uy he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition : tic therefore prays to be allowed
