That he has been arrested in execution and given bond conditioned for leis appearance to talc the benclit of the
Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of dssembly in such case made
and provided ; that he has resided within this State far six months and more, immediately preceding this, his
application ; that he offers to deliver up to the «sc of his Creditors, all his property, real, persona], and mixed,
to which he is in any mannerentitled ; a Schedule whereof, together with a list of his creditors, and the nature
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with,a statement of his losses, and the means where-
by he Uccamc insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, liis Petition : He therefore prays to be allotived
