That he has been arrested in execution and given bond conditioned for his appearance to take the bcncfit of the
Insolvent Laws of tlais Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of Assembly in such case matte
and provided ; that he has resided within Otis State for six months and more, immediately preceding this, his
application ; that he o(1"ers to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, a!1 Itis properly, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any mannercntit]ed ; a Schedule whereof, together with a list of his creditors, and the uature
