Respectfully represents,
That he has been arrested in execution and given bond conditioned for his appearance io tahc the benefit of the
Insolvent Laws of this Commomvealth, agreeably to the provisions oC the Acts of Assembly in such case made
and provided ; that he leas resided within this State for six months and more, immediately preceding ibis, his
application ; that he otters to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, all his property, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any manner entitled ; a Schedule whereof, together with a list of his creditors, and the nat.urc
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his losses, and the means tivhere-
by he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition : IIc therefore prays to be al]otived
