That he has been arrested in execution and given bond conditioned for his appcarauce to tale the benefit of Uic
Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth, agreeably to the provisions of the Acts of Assembly in such case made
and provided ; that he has resided within this State for six months and more, inunec}iatcly preceding this, his
application ; that he offers to deliver up to the use of his Creditors, al] his property, real, personal, and mixed,
to which he is in any mannercutitlcd ; a Schedule whereof, togethet• with a list of his crcd~tors, and the nature
and amount of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his losses, and the means where-
by he became insolvent, arc exhibited with, and annexed to, his Petition : IIc therefore prays to be allowed
