Carlisle, Pa.
Gentlemen:-
At a recent meeting of the Board of Directors of the
7. Herman Bosler Memorial Library I was directed as their secretary
you
to conve;, :o~ the purport of a resolution unanimously adopted concerning
the erection on the Public Square of the building now used as a sales
booth.
The Board of Hirectors in this resolution eaprees the
concern they feel lest the building might remain on the Public Square.
Their feeling being that the building should be removed because it,
in their opinion, mars the appearance of the Public Square and because
it is detrimental to the patriotic sentiment of the town and county
that hea centered for so many years about our beautiful and historic
Public Square. q
