thereof, and the issuing of a warrant of distress, or a judgment and execution therefor, the said party

waive all benefit of all Exemption Laws, of the State of Pennsylvania, and agree that any property

And it is further agreed that said party of the second part shall not be at liberty to sub-let the
premises aforesaid mentioned without the consent of the said party of the first part in writing first had
